Returns
- We will replace goods free of charge if they are damaged when you receive them or if they are lost due to a fault of ours.
- You are entitled, within 7 days of receipt of the order, to return your goods for any other reasons for a full refund. However we cannot refund postage costs in this situation.
- You must notify us within the 7 day period by email in order to return the goods. The product can only be returned if it is a resalable condition. Delivery
We will try to ensure that we deliver the goods in your order by the time we say we will. However the time is approximate and delivering may be delayed.
For the UK orders we aim to deliver your goods within 3 to 5 working days of the order being placed. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays). Parcels are either sent via royal mail recorded signed for delivery or larger items may be sent via a courier service.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery the postman will leave a card advising of the address and opening hours of your local depot. Please note that your package will be held at the delivery office of only one week before it is returned to us.
Postage
For retail orders of £50 or under, our postage cost is £3.00.
For orders over £50 shipping is FREE.
